I think that it should be a privilege to be an admin/tester etc. Not just something you can ask for. Power is deserved not given. Some sort of resume on how much the person knows the rules of the academy or for the case of a tester position they should have some sort of test/resume to take basing around how much they know about the card game. That way we don't get people into positions they know nothing about. Now I'm no good at making these forms of tests but I'm sure somebody here has the capability. Just kinda hoping people see this.

I personally agree, but lots of admins have allready been made with this format, and it seems kinda awkward to just take away adminhood. plus, I have no idea what kind of test this would be, as dueling skills really have little to no relevence onto whether you make a good admin. you just have to be deacent to test people.

what i meant was some kind of resume to take to make sure you have the capability of handling the position and to be professional about it. cuz words alone cant make sure that you can handle a job. surely somebody follows me?

I agree fully only thing is we cant have all these mods and admins and no students that's the thing =T I was made Admin because BusterKing trusts me and we always had a great time on the academy we met in just good friends and all that and I am aware of what I can do and im not a power crazy person nor will I ever abuse it

but yeah admins should get together and make a resume

I want to be an admin but i want to work for the position. Not just get it handed to me cuz somebody likes me you know? Thats not how the real world works....not saying the internet is like the real world...at all...but it would just be nice to have that feeling of 'I worked hard to get where I am and I fully deserve this'

I think that is a great idea I remember back when I first joined PGDA I was asked on DN if I wanted to be a tester and I said yes so I had to take a 10 question test on the rulings of yugioh and I answered all 10 correctly. This was back when PGDA was only online for like 5 or 6 months and I was one of the first testers.

Can I be admin? I've been admin at many academies. I'm fair and tbh i just want to help the academy where i can with CSS and HTML knowledge, cool widgets etc.
