I am sorting out this academies topics and forums so that altogether it looks tidier.
A messy forum will drive away potential members, if you look at the GENERAL category you can see that I have already started. Therefore please do not change any of the forums or categories till I am done.
Also I am making it possible for moderators to actually moderate.

Yeah, no posts or topics shall be deleted. I am just sorting things out appearance wish and making sure that moderators can actually do their jobs.

Either way it is kinda hard to explain but I have finished playing around with the forums and categories, now I just need to change their permissions so that Moderators may moderate posts and only admins can post in the announcements and rule forums.
